Privacy Notice

What we collect. When you send a consult, booking or certifier-introduction request from the Halal Product Check we collect your full name, position or title, industry, email address, phone number (optional unless you book), your message, the product text and status you were checking, and your preferred date and time for a booking. We also store the time you agreed to this notice and a one-way hash of your connection address to limit spam.

Why. To reply to your request, arrange a consultation or introduce you to a halal certifier, and to keep a record of the request in our CRM.

Who sees it. The MuslimSEO Hub team. If you ask to be introduced to a certifier we share your details with that certifier only for that purpose. We do not sell your data.

How long. We keep requests while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@muslimseo.com. In the Philippines these rights come from the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

Terms of Use

General information only. The Halal Product Check and the glossary are educational tools. They are not a fatwa and not a halal certificate. Only a certificate from a recognised certifier proves that a product is halal, and recipes and suppliers change.

Your decisions. Follow a qualified scholar or your local halal authority for your own decisions. Do not stop a prescribed medicine because of a result on this site: talk to your doctor and a qualified scholar.

Links. We link to third-party sites such as DTI, IDCP, PUCOI and JAKIM for verification. We do not control them and a link is not an endorsement.

Your requests. Give accurate details. We may decline requests that are abusive or spam.

Community tags. Product tags in our database are suggested by visitors and set by reviewers. They can be wrong or out of date.
